Refunds are only available for the following services under the conditions stated:
- Shared Hosting Plans: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
- VPS Hosting Plans: Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase.
- Domain Registration Fees: Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable. This includes both initial registrations and renewals.
- SSL Certificates: SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued.
- Add-ons and Services: Any additional services, such as backups, additional storage, or custom configurations, are non-refundable after activation.
2. Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within the specified refund window (30 days for shared hosting, 15 days for VPS hosting).
- The service must not have been violated according to our Terms and Conditions, such as engaging in prohibited activities.
- Refunds are applicable only for first-time purchases of hosting services. Renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

4. Partial Refunds

- Setup fees or customization fees
